Service availability depends on location, scheduling, technician capacity, and the nature of the work requested. We reserve the right to decline any project that is outside our service area, scope, or capability.

We may provide free estimates for requested work based on the information and conditions available at the time. All estimates are preliminary and are not final quotes until confirmed by a technician after an on-site evaluation or review of actual conditions.

If the work involves conditions that could not reasonably be identified in advance — such as concealed wiring, code deficiencies, additional materials, or changes requested by you — we will discuss the change with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Pricing, deposits, and payment terms for a specific job will be set out in the written estimate or invoice provided for that job.

We will confirm appointments in advance whenever possible. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to another customer. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide safe access to the work area may result in fees or refusal of future service.

Payment is due according to the terms stated in the estimate or invoice for your job. We may require a deposit or milestone payments for larger projects. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.

Satisfaction guaranteed, backed by a warranty on our work. Warranty terms for a specific job, including any applicable duration and exclusions, will be set out in that job's paperwork or estimate.
